Digital and Broadcast Marketing Advisor

Marketing Advisors with Door County Radio Group are given accounts with existing relationships and are expected to maintain and grow those relationships. This position will also prospect new clients and new channels of revenue to grow the station opportunities, sales goals, and personal income goals. Applicants should be highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communication is a must. A four-year degree in communications, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required. Additional experience in customer service, hospitality, real-estate, beverage sales, or retail is welcomed. Full-time position starts with a base salary, Monday-Friday schedule, plus commission structure: anticipate $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 for first-year income. 401(k) matching, employee discount, flexible schedule, PTO, 9 paid holidays, health savings account. Must have a valid driver's license, a good working vehicle, integrity, a high standard of ethics, and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Visitor Services Associates

The Cana Island Visitor Services Associates work in a variety of roles to meet the overall needs of the Cana Island Light Station and the Door County Maritime Museum. Our Visitor Services Associates are engaging, and highly capable in all areas related to operation of the admission desk, retail store, and customer service; creating positive and memorable experiences for our guests. These staff members are the “face of Cana Island & the Museum” and interact with all guests, many of our donors, as well as our museum volunteers. The position is part time with flexible scheduling, and no evenings. Some weekends are required.

Site Manager

The Site Manager is a Full-time (40 hours a week) seasonal position with employment beginning shortly before May 1st and concluding shortly after October 31st each year. The Death’s Door Maritime Museum (DDMM) Site Manager arranges work schedules for no more than two (2) PT Visitor Services staff members, serves as the lead front desk associate, is responsible for greeting visitors, answering questions about Gills Rock, Death’s Door, and its history, ensuring top notch customer service is provided by all personnel and making sure all visitors have a safe and enjoyable experience. This position works closely with the Door County Maritime Museum’s Visitor Services Manager, the Museum Store Manager, and the DCMM leadership team. This position also assists with maintaining the Death’s Door Maritime Museum Facebook page.
