Social Media Director


This position would coordinate our messaging calendar for all digital and social media including, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, short format video production for under 3:00 minute segments, preroll video production and assist with website and streaming updates, including graphic design and photography. We are looking for a person to help develop content, and is able to integrate that content or ideas with our marketing and sales department to bring ideas to clients. He/She would also participate in creating station promotions and represent the stations at certain events/outings. Additional tasks include developing creative and ad copy, some local news coverage and possible voice over work. This role has the opportunity to grow into the director of non-traditional revenue for the radio groups digital offerings

Applicants should be highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Excellent written and verbal communications a must. A four year degree in communications, marketing, design, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred. Successful candidates may have a degree or experience in photography or visual arts, graphic design or other related field. Proficient in microsoft office applications required. Additional experience in Adobe suite applications and Premiere Pro or previous broadcast experience moves you to the top of the list. Must have a valid driver's license, integrity, a high standard of ethics, outstanding interpersonal skills, and comfortable with keeping your flip-flops or hikers in the car....it's Door County Casual.

Business Manager/Office Manager


The Office Manager will maintain daily office operations including but not limited to; opening and closing responsibilities which including cleaning duties, checking RDS or other on air assets, enter receivables, assist with deposits, assist sales staff to create a digital file of sales agreements, assist sales staff and on air staff with proofing live reads or on air prep and general office duties. The office manager will also assist the social media director position with website updates and maintain the calendar features. The Office Manager role can expand into Production Assistant tasks that include the ability to maintain the Ephraim studio schedule, coaching and recording clients in studio, editing and producing client ads, writing/creating and producing station promotions and imaging. The Office Manager’s primary duty will be acting traffic coordinator which includes operating Natural Log (entering ad schedules, daily advertising traffic logs, reconciling traffic, and monthly billing. Training is provided). .

Applicants should be highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Highschool diploma or GED equivalent required. Must have a valid driver's license. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Proficient in Microsoft office applications required. Compensation commensurate with additional higher education. Additional experience in FB/Instagram business suite, website content creation, website management, website development and/or Adobe audition or broadcast experience is beneficial. Position can be customized for 24 to 40 hours per week. Year round. Position is for an on-site employee. Marketing and Sales Assistant/Sales Executive


Have you reached a dead end or maybe ready to turn over a new leaf this spring? Get a fresh start at Door County's Own fm 106.9 the Lodge and Rewind FM 97.7, a locally owned and operated radio group that has changed the way people view local radio. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time support role in our sales and marketing department. Not sure if sales is your thing? This position works closely with our on air/programming staff to take ideas to clients and help them achieve their business goals. You have the freedom to be out of the office, working with clients, during beautiful days in Door County, all while learning new skills with supportive and fun office. OR...assist our outside sales staff until you have the courage to go out on your own.

This position would work as inside and outside sales executive to assist businesses with their marketing. Tasks include advising clients, creating proposals, suggesting ad schedules, executing ad agreements, developing creative and ad copy, creating promotions and possible production and voice work. This position will also advise clients on how and when to use the digital offerings of the radio group, provide comprehensive schedules and campaigns that present the stations digital offerings in the same manner, advising clients on media mix, creative, schedules, executing and interpreting results .

Sales Executives with Door County Radio Group are given accounts with existing relationships and are expected to maintain and grow those relationships. This position will also prospect new clients and new channels of revenue to grow the station opportunities, sales goals and personal income goals.

Must have a valid driver's license, good working vehicle, integrity, a high standard of ethics, outstanding interpersonal skills, and comfortable with having a fun work day on a daily basis.
